Ian converted a 1941 detached garage into a gorgeous workshop space that is also functional. Ian designed, and reimagined the space into something that flows with beauty and skilled craftsmanship. He was able to find beautiful repurposed wood for the vanity, cabinets and trim! It brings a flair of local vintage beauty to the space! Ian created each step (demo, framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, painting, exterior remodeling, installing windows/skylight, doors) in a seamless way. He coordinated with electrical and plumbing clearly. The workshop space is being utilized daily and receives compliments on an ongoing basis!

His eye for ideas that bring a unique creative flair to any job are refreshing. Ian is reliable, punctual and has an integrity that is often hard to come by these days! I highly recommend his skilled craftsmanship and work.

Ian was totally reliable. We hired him to fix up our rental house in preparation for sale. This involved rebuilding the deck, installing light fixtures, repairing bad wood and plaster, and fixing some rotten wood around the eaves. In each of these projects Ian was able to quickly assess what needed to be done and the best way to go about it. He is creative in finding solutions and has a keen aesthetic eye that results in a beautiful finished product.

Ian was a joy to work with in each phase of the job and it is clear that he enjoys doing the work and he is justifiably proud of it. We would definitely hire him again for any new project that comes up.
